Sistema Strategy is a consulting company founded in 2003.
It is based at 3 sites: Paris, Lyon and Lausanne.
The company employs 30 people and in 2016 posted sales of 2.7 million euros.
It has been using Veryswing’s VSActivity software since January 2017.
Context and need
Initially, Sistema Strategy had developed an in-house solution to manage its business. This solution had all the functionality required, but was outdated and inflexible. For example, it was not possible to enter activity reports directly into the tool. Using the tool involved a lot of re-typing.
Sistema Strategy chose to abandon its in-house solution and adopt a market solution competing with VSActivity. Unfortunately, the chosen solution turned out to be rather limited in terms of functional richness, particularly in terms of reporting.
At the end of the competing solution’s three-year commitment period, Sistema Strategy selected VSActivity.
The solution
The VSActivity solution was implemented in less than 3 months, and only one day’s training was needed to get to grips with the tool.
The reporting add-on is used to create pivot tables, essential for monitoring business activity.
All employees use it on a daily basis: consultants, administrative staff, human resources and management.

Just a few months after implementing VSActivity, Franck SEIMANN is already seeing a number of benefits: “VSActivity enables us to produce highly accurate production reports on the monitoring of our activity. We can anticipate actions and be reactive in the event of a problem. ”
He adds: “We have seen a gain in profitability in terms of cash flow. Invoicing, which used to be carried out between the 7th and 10th of the month with our in-house solution, then between the 5th and 7th of the month with VSActivity’s competing tool, is now carried out between the 1st and 3rd day of the month thanks to VSActivity. ”
He concludes: “Our saving on the annual budget for the solution is around 40% compared with the competing solution we were using. With VSActivity, we only pay for what we use, and there’s no long-term commitment. We are free to adapt the number of licenses to the actual number of users. This rental formula is more flexible and honest, and truly reflects our business. “
