1/ Could you introduce the CALEXA Group?
HRIS consulting firm created in 2013. We work with large companies, SMEs and public authorities. Our business expertise and our experience of HRIS solutions on the market enable us to support our customers from the choice of solution right through to change management.
We have around thirty employees.
2/ And could you please define your role within the CALEXA Group?
I’m Operations Director in charge of internal management and also in charge of monitoring certain customer assignments. I joined the company in 2019, and my first task was to set up an internal management tool.
3/ Why did CALEXA Group decide to implement a SaaS-based ERP solution?
As the company grew, we had reached the end of our use of office automation tools. We needed a complete management tool.
4/ Why did you choose VSA at CALEXA Group?
We compared several ERP systems. Before making the final choice, we were able to compare the trial versions for testing purposes. We found VSA easier to use for both operational and management staff.
5/ How did the integration of VSA and relations with our teams go?
We have set up VSA in February 2020, with the additional objective of recovering January data for a full year. The integration went very smoothly, and the Veryswing teams supported us very effectively.
6/ What results have you seen after several months of using VSA?
Time-saving for consultants and data security with 100% activity reports’ data entry.
Billing status monitoring is comfortable, and we’ve gained in efficiency.
As VSA is a full-featured ERP, we also discontinued our old CRM software to use the integrated sales module.
7/ What do you like best about VSA?
The all-in-one side. Electronic signature of activity reports is another popular feature.
8/ Would you recommend VSA?
Yes, we already have.
