“Today, I have complete HR, sales and recruitment indicators, which I think very few companies of our size are able to produce.
We are referenced by major accounts, which is a guarantee of good steering and management, and the VSA tool has a lot to do with that”, says Charles Pringault, CEO at Exomind.

Can you tell us about Exomind?
Exomind is both young and mature. Young, because the company has been in existence for two years, and mature, because we have acquired a digital agency at the end of 2019.
Exomind is the fusion of a consulting firm, a web agency and an IT services company.
The company’s main activity is the development of web and mobile applications.
Our areas of expertise include design, conception, application engineering and agile support, on a technical assistance or fixed-price basis.
We have 70 developers and consultants spread over two sites in Boulogne-Billancourt and Rennes.
Our customers are CAC 40 companies and digital pure players.
Our sales are 5 million euros.
And could you please define your role within Exomind?
I’m the founder and manager of the company. My role is more focused on steering and management. My day-to-day tasks involve business development, human resources management and management control.
Why did Exomind decide to implement a business ERP in SaaS mode?
I’ve always worked with ERP and CRM systems. When I set up my company, I wanted to get the basics right from the outset, and implementing an ERP is one of them. This is almost step number one.
Why did you choose VSA at Exomind?
We chose VSA, because the ERP is adapted to our business. It allows you to circulate information to your staff, analyze your KPI’s and have a good dashboard and management chart. This allows us to move faster and pilot more efficiently.
What’s more, the fact that the tool is in SaaS mode makes it possible to continue working from anywhere, particularly with the growth in telecommuting.
What were your fears about implementing ERP in your company?
I had two main fears, the first being that the tool would be too time-consuming and therefore too costly. I didn’t want the tool to look good only on paper, only to realize that in practice it’s complex, which would mean higher costs, time and energy.
The second concern was the time it would take to adopt the system. I wanted a tool that could be perfectly integrated into employees’ daily lives, and not just used at the request of managers.
How did the VSA integration process go, and how did you get on with our teams?
Integration went smoothly. The team is very available and the support very responsive.
What results have you seen after two years of using VSA?
Today, I have complete HR, sales and recruitment indicators, which I think very few companies of our size are able to produce.
We are referenced by major accounts, a guarantee of good steering and management, and the VSA tool has a lot to do with this.
What do you like best about VSA?
The reporting section is very comprehensive and the mobile application is a plus.
