Adone Conseil is a consulting firm founded in 2007.

Context and need
Since its creation, Adone Conseil has always used Excel spreadsheets to manage its business. But with over 100 employees, Excel-based management was becoming complicated and time-consuming. The company then decided to install an ERP system.

consultants for activity reports, expense claims and absence reporting,
the administrative department for billing,
the human resources department for personnel management,
sales people for business creation,
managers for project follow-up.
Almost all functionalities are used, with the exception of recruitment and the training part of the HR module.
