What is an HRIS?

What is the process for a VSExperience project?

Once you’ve chosen VSExperience, a consultant is assigned to serve as your “account manager”—that is, your primary point of contact. They’ll reach out to you to schedule a kickoff meeting for your project. This meeting will allow us to schedule the milestones you’ve chosen (data migration, training, configuration, etc.) leading up to your launch.

Can I manage my users independently in VSExperience?

Yes, you can add users and assign them the appropriate application permissions.
VSExperience is a very comprehensive and powerful software solution, but we’ve designed the application to give our customers maximum autonomy in terms of configuration and administration. Of course, our Support and Consulting teams are always available to assist you.

Is my data secure in VSExperience?

Our business is to host the data you use through our applications. We therefore invest heavily in security, backup management, and maintenance—far more than a typical company would.
To underscore our commitment in this area, we have been ISO 27001 certified since 2022.

Your data is 100% hosted in France and replicated across multiple data centers. Since 2012, we have been working with the infrastructure provided by Scaleway, a major player in the hosting industry.
