Indeed, it is proof of their actions in terms of safety and support for ported employees. <\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n\n The FEPS<\/a> is a minority employers\u2019 organization. Founded in December 2015, it promotes a modern approach to wage portage and represents more than 18,000 portaged employees and 88 portage companies, accounting for less than 25% of the industry. <\/p>\n\n Its mission is vast: it represents all freelance administration companies across France and all the professions covered by this system. <\/p>\n\n By emphasizing adaptability and innovation, the FEPS strives to ensure that wage portage remains a relevant and dynamic solution in an ever-changing professional world. It is also active outside of France, working to harmonize wage portage practices at the European level. <\/p>\n\n In 2019, FEPS is askingAFNOR<\/a> to draw up a voluntary standard for umbrella companies. This standardization is a co-production process designed to ensure quality of service and continuous improvement. <\/p>\n\n <\/p>\n\n Fedep’s<\/a> is a nonprofit association that advocates for users’ rights.
